CHRISTIAN LIFE ASSEMBLY OF GOD

The Library Fund. The Library Fund’s mission is to provide religious references and study books for the libraries of Assemblies of God World and National Home Missions Bible Schools. The Fund is maintained from the sale of canceled postage stamps and contributions from churches and individuals. Please see a brochure to receive detailed instructions on collection and preparing the stamps. It is easy and requires little work, while providing valuable resources.

Unlimited Joy has created heirlooms, toured craft shows, visited gardens, and even enjoyed a hotdog roast. It is a wonderful opportunity to invite your friends and neighbors to a non-threatening environment and yet enjoy a time of fellowship and devotions. Contact Vi Stahl for more information.

Week-End Joy.  This ministry meets occasionally on the first Saturday of the month.  We like to bring in lady speakers to minister the Word.  It is a time for the ladies to come together at 9 AM for coffee and rolls and chatter, to catch up on some weekly happenings before they go in the ministry meeting at 9:30 -11.  Nursery can be provided for if needed. This is an excellent time for growth and encoragement for all.

Commissary. The commissary is a collection of items from toiletries to linens, pots and pans to office supplies, anything that you need in your own home, is also used by Pastors and their families in our Home Mission churches and Missionaries. A very popular and convenient way to bless them is the gift cards. These gift cards (available from most stores) allow them to purchase items in the color, quantity, and size that they desire. What better way to bless our Missionaries and Pastors than by giving them the freedom to choose what best fits their tastes and being the hand of God that fulfills a portion of their needs? The commissary is located in Sioux Falls and at District Council in the spring. The collection, transporting, and distribution, of these items can be quite an undertaking, making the gift cards or certificates an attractive alternative. You may purchase items and bring them to the church office or donate a little extra as often as you can, when writing out your check to the church simply mark it in the memo and the WM’s will purchase the cards for you. Thanks for all your support.

Care and Share Ministry. An opportunity to take meals to those who have new babies, hospitalization, sickness, etc. This ministry provides one meal a day for three days. If you are aware of a family in our congregation that would be blessed by this ministry, please contact Marcy Klitzke our coordinator.

Women's Ministries—Unlimited! More than you imagined

Our world is changing rapidly, and so are the needs of women. We as Christians must be relevant to those we want to reach. Women's Ministries—Unlimited! emphasizes the unlimited opportunities open to women for ministry in their local churches and communities. Every woman should be ministered to according to her need, and every born-again woman should be encouraged to find her place of ministry within the body of Christ. More.
